By accessing or using Cherry ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Cherry is a social gifting platform that allows users to interact with AI companions, send virtual gifts, participate in arena rankings, and engage in community features. The service includes messaging, gifting, profile management, and wallet integration.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Virtual Gifts & Transactions

Virtual gifts purchased or earned within the App have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing and availability of virtual items at any time.

6. AI Companions

AI companions are computer-generated characters. Interactions with companions are for entertainment purposes only. Responses generated by AI companions do not constitute professional advice of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and other materials within the App are owned by Cherry or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cherry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
